What is happening during a sound bath?
During a sound bath, you are invited to lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
As the sounds gently surround you, your mind and body are encouraged to slow down, release tension, and enter a state of deep relaxation. The rich tones and subtle vibrations create an immersive experience that may help calm the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and restore a sense of inner balance.
Sound healing draws inspiration from ancient traditions that have used sound and vibration to support meditation, relaxation, and overall well-being.
Each sound bath is a unique experience, offering an opportunity to disconnect from everyday stress, reconnect with yourself, and allow your body and mind to rest, reset, and recharge.
What are the benefits of sound healing?
Sound healing offers a gentle yet powerful way to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The soothing sounds and vibrations encourage deep relaxation, help ease stress and tension, and promote a sense of inner peace and balance.
Regular sound healing sessions may support better sleep, emotional well-being, mental clarity, and a greater connection with yourself. Many participants describe feeling lighter, calmer, refreshed, and more grounded after just one session.
Every sound bath is a unique experience, allowing your body and mind to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with a natural sense of harmony.
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax and enjoy your sound bath experience. Since your body temperature may naturally fluctuate during deep relaxation, dressing in layers is a good idea.
We also suggest avoiding heavy meals and strong fragrances before your session. Arriving a few minutes early will give you time to settle in, get comfortable, and prepare for your experience.
Do I need to bring anything?
For your comfort, we provide yoga mats, blankets, and supportive bolsters to help you relax. However, you're always welcome to bring your own favorite mat, blanket, pillow, or any other comfort items to make your experience even more enjoyable.
Is sound healing suitable for beginners?
Yes. Sound healing is a welcoming experience for everyone. No special knowledge, preparation, or experience is necessary. Simply arrive with an open mind, get comfortable, and allow yourself to unwind as you immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations.
Is sound healing safe for pregnant women?
Sound healing can be a gentle and relaxing experience during pregnancy, offering a peaceful environment that may benefit both mother and baby. Sessions can be adjusted to ensure comfort, with soothing sounds and gentle vibrations that encourage relaxation and emotional well-being. Strong vibrations and direct placement of singing bowls on the abdomen are avoided during pregnancy.
Is sound healing suitable for animals?
Yes. Sound healing can be a gentle and calming experience for animals, including dogs, horses, and other pets. Soft sounds and soothing vibrations may encourage relaxation, ease stress, and create a peaceful environment.
Because animals have sensitive hearing, each session is carefully adapted to their individual needs and comfort levels. We offer personalized sound healing sessions for animals, with their owners welcome to participate.
What types of sessions do you offer?
We offer weekly group sound baths, private individual and couples sessions, private group experiences, and special collaborative events. Each session is designed to promote relaxation, restore balance, and support your overall well-being.
How long is a typical session?
Group sound baths typically last 60–90 minutes. We recommend allowing some extra time to settle in before the session and gently transition afterward. Private sessions and special events may vary in length depending on the format.
Can I book a private group or event?
Absolutely! We welcome private groups of up to 10 guests at our Chandler location for sound baths, workshops, and special gatherings.
