I definitely highly recommend that everyone give it a try! I went to Petra's sound bath last week, and I can honestly say it was incredibly relaxing. It even relieved the pain in my heel! All of a sudden, I felt something like little bubbles escaping through my toes, which reminded me of the problem I had with my heel. From that moment on, while Petra was playing her crystal singing bowls, I focused on that problem and imagined the pain leaving my heel. And I'm not kidding — it's been a week now, and I'm jumping around like a young deer again! Seriously, I really got rid of that pain just by listening to Petra play the crystal bowls and focusing my mind on the pain leaving my heel. Another form of invisible energy that heals.
